Datura Double Purple flower. I have grown this for a few years now. This is a Datura plant cousin to the Brugmansia and often called a devils trumpet flower. The flowers on this one are purple with white interrior and reaching about 8 inches long. The stems are dark purple to black in color. Green oval shaped leave with jagged edges. Plants normally grow 2 to 3 feet tall. They flower all summer long and set seed in the fall.  A fun plant for any garden.
